## Quality Criteria

**Good pain point:** "We lose 30% of calls after 5pm" — Quote: "After five o'clock, those calls just go to voicemail."
**Bad pain point:** "Communication is hard"

**Good competitive intel:** "Currently using ZoomInfo but coverage gaps on compliance officer titles" — Quote: "ZoomInfo just doesn't have the compliance people."
**Bad competitive intel:** "They probably use Salesforce" (inferred, not stated)

Every section must be grounded in what was actually said on the call. If a section has no relevant content, write "None identified" rather than fabricating entries.
